Strait of Gibraltar

So, we left Spain on Saturday around 8pm and we were supposed to get into Morocco on Monday morning (today).  Morocco is only about 11 miles away from Spain across the Strait of Gibraltar.  We were to stop in the Strait of Gibraltar and get some gas.  The weather has been really bad and we had to anchor outside of the strait until it got better because the gas station was closed.  We finally got in to where the gas station is around 4 pm and the gas boat tied up next to us.  The water was still to rough and they couldn't get the fuel line across.  We ended up staying the night on the boat that was anchored in the strait.  We left this morning around 10 am after we got gas and the water is VERY rough!  We won't get into Morocco until late tonight and can't get off until tomorrow morning.  I still have no idea what we are going to do when we get there!  Megan and I are thinking about taking a train to Marrakech and then maybe going to Fes or Rabat.  The staff on the boat is really starting to freak us out and told us that we can't wear tight jeans or tight shirts or show skin.  We are also not supposed to travel with out a male but we are anyway!  Luckily a couple of my jeans aren't tight anymore cause I have lost so much weight so I am good to go!

Spain was pretty fun but really cold!  (I don't remember the last time I wrote on here so I dunno what I have said lol)  The first night we went to a Flamenco and the 2nd day I left for a SAS trip to Sevilla where we went to cathedrals and did some shopping.  We stayed the night in Cordoba and shopped that night and in the morning went to see more things.  I really don't know what we saw there because I was so cold that I couldn't pay attention.  Cadiz was about 70 when we got into port and the first day was awesome.  But we didn't think to look at the weather or anything so none of us packed clothes for cold weather!  But the last night in Cadiz I went out with a bunch of friends and went to some Irish Pub.  It was cool and the bartenders were hotttt!  I got a pic with one don't worry.  But we went to the "disco techa" around 12, no one was there.  No one goes out until 2 am and then go home around 6 am.  It's ridiculous!  Mikenzi and I ended up just ordering a local beer and found a Spanish couple and talked to them for awhile.  The guy told us that the beer we were drinking was going to kill us because it had such a high alcohol content!  haha They were pretty good with their English so we were able to talk to them for about an hour and learned a lot about their culture and stuff!

Today I'm not leaving my bed cause I can't walk.  Jess is in the shower right now and I have no idea how she is standing!!
